1BY1 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital gaming tools and related services, including but not limited to software enhancements, scripts, tools, and in-game services for supported titles such as Fortnite, CS2, Battlefield 6, and Call of Duty. All products and services are provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes.

1BY1 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Epic Games, Activision, Electronic Arts, Valve, or any other game publisher or developer.

2. User Responsibility

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service provided by 1BY1, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. You further agree that:

• You understand the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, resets, or other penalties imposed by game developers.
• 1BY1 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or financial loss.
• You will not reverse-engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise share any software, tools, or services provided by 1BY1 without explicit written permission.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, no refunds will be issued once a product or service has been delivered, activated, or accessed, regardless of performance, updates, detection status, or user outcome.

Account-Related Incidents

In the event that an account provided by 1BY1 becomes suspended, banned, restricted, or otherwise impacted for any reason, no full or partial monetary refund will be issued. At our sole discretion, 1BY1 may offer a one-time 20% discount on a future account purchase as a courtesy. This discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.

4. Product Updates & Availability

While 1BY1 may provide updates, maintenance, or improvements at its discretion, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous availability, or immunity from detection. Detection, downtime, or service disruption may occur at any time, and 1BY1 assumes no liability for such events.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use our products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Share, leak, resell, or distribute private builds, accounts, or proprietary tools.
• Impersonate 1BY1 staff or falsely claim affiliation with 1BY1.
• Attempt to bypass security, licensing, or access controls.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal initiated against 1BY1 will result in immediate blacklisting. Blacklisted users will be permanently banned from all current and future services, products, and accounts associated with 1BY1. No exceptions will be made.

7. Privacy

1BY1 collects only the minimum information necessary to process transactions and provide customer support. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties beyond what is required to operate our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 1BY1 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1BY1 shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of accounts, profits, data, or reputation.

10. Termination

1BY1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any product or service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our business or users.

11. Changes to These Terms

1BY1 may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
