Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Services

All products and services offered by 1BY1 are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once delivery, activation, or access has been provided.

No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • User error or misunderstanding of the product
  • Product performance expectations
  • Updates, downtime, or detection
  • Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions
  • Changes in game policies or anti-cheat systems

2. Account-Related Purchases

If an account purchased from 1BY1 becomes suspended, banned, restricted, or otherwise impacted for any reason, no full or partial monetary refund will be issued.

At the sole discretion of 1BY1, a one-time 20% discount may be offered toward a future account purchase as a courtesy. This discount:

  • Has no cash value
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be combined with other offers

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal filed against 1BY1 will result in immediate blacklisting. Blacklisted users will be permanently banned from all current and future services, products, accounts, and community access. No exceptions will be made.


4. No Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances once delivery or access has occurred, including claims of dissatisfaction, bans, or third-party enforcement actions.


5. Policy Changes

1BY1 reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
